Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to tell us to delete it. Plain English — no legal fog.
1. Who This Is About
We're IPTV Free Trial — the team behind iptvefreetrial.online. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect when you visit the site or sign up for a trial, why we need it, and how to ask us to remove it.
We've kept the legalese to the bare minimum. If something here is unclear, message us through the contact page and we'll explain it like a human.
By using the site you're agreeing to what's described below. If you don't agree, that's fine — just don't sign up.
2. What We Collect
We only ask for what we actually need to send you a working trial and follow up if there's a problem. Nothing more.
You give us:
- Name — so we know what to call you.
- Email address — where we send your trial details and any follow-up.
- Phone number — used to deliver your trial credentials over WhatsApp and to answer support questions on the same channel.
- Anything you type into our forms — trial requests, support messages, contact replies.
We pick up automatically:
- Country — auto-detected through Vercel's edge headers so we can show you the right currency, the right consent banner, and the right pricing for where you live.
- IP address and basic device info — used briefly for fraud prevention and to make sure the site renders properly. Not kept long-term.
- Browsing patterns on the site — which pages you saw, how long you stayed. Anonymous unless you've signed up.
What we don't store:
Payment cards. Full stop. When you check out, your card details go straight to the payment processor — they handle it, we never see the number. We only get back a "yes, this paid" signal.
3. Why We Collect It
Every piece of data has a job. If it doesn't have a job, we don't ask for it.
- Name, email, phone — to send your trial credentials, answer questions, and let you know when something changes about your account.
- Country — so the price shown matches your local economy and the consent banner matches your local rules.
- IP and device info — to spot fraud, stop bots from abusing the trial, and keep the site working on whatever you're browsing with.
- Form messages — so we can actually reply to your support request.
We don't sell your data. We don't trade it for ad targeting. We don't profile you to predict anything weird.
4. Cookies & Analytics
The site uses cookies. Some are essential — they keep your session alive and remember your consent choices. Others are optional, mostly anonymous analytics that help us see which pages people actually use.
The first time you visit, you'll see a consent banner. If you turn off non-essential cookies there, we honor it — no analytics tracking until you change your mind. The full breakdown of every cookie we set lives in the Cookies Policy.
We don't use ad-network cookies and we don't sync our data with social platforms. The analytics we do run are aggregate, not individual.
5. Who We Share It With
We share data with three groups, and only when we have to:
- Our payment processor (Stripe / PayPal / cryptocurrency processor — depending on what you choose). They handle the card or wallet transaction. They get the info they need to settle the payment and nothing else.
- WhatsApp / messaging providers. When we send your trial login over WhatsApp, that message obviously transits Meta's network. We don't share extra data — just the message itself.
- Our central operations dashboard at dashboardiptv.com. Same people, same operator — we run several IPTV brands from one back-end so we can deliver support faster. Your lead and account info land there.
If a court order requires us to hand something over, we'll comply with the law — but we'll push back on overbroad requests where we can.
6. Your Rights
Wherever you live, you've got rights over your data. Some places give you more than others, but our baseline is the same for everyone:
- See what we have — ask us for a copy.
- Fix it — tell us if any of it's wrong and we'll correct it.
- Delete it — ask us to wipe your records and we will, except where law says we have to keep something (tax records, mostly).
- Opt out — turn off non-essential cookies any time, withdraw marketing consent any time.
If you're in the EU, the UK, Brazil, California, or somewhere else with strong privacy laws, you've also got formal versions of these rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and similar — and we honor them. We're not pretending to be specifically certified under each regime, but we'll meet the standards they require.
To use any of these rights, message us through the contact page. We aim to reply within 30 days.
7. How Long We Keep Things
Active accounts: as long as you're a customer, plus 90 days afterwards in case you come back or there's a billing question.
Payment records: 7 years, because tax authorities require it.
Trial sign-ups that never converted: deleted within 12 months.
Support tickets: kept for 2 years so we can pull up the history if the same issue comes back.
If you ask us to delete sooner, we'll do that for everything except records the law forces us to retain.
8. Security
Everything on this site runs over HTTPS — all data in transit is encrypted. Internally, only the people who actually need to see your account info can see it.
Card numbers don't live on our servers, so even if we had a breach, your payment card couldn't be stolen from us — we don't have it. Passwords (when an account uses one) are hashed, not stored as plain text.
No system is bulletproof, but we keep the attack surface small on purpose. Less data, less risk.
9. Children's Privacy
This service isn't built for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from kids. If you're a parent and you think your child signed up anyway, message us and we'll delete the account quickly.
Adult content is filterable in most player apps, but you should be the one supervising what younger viewers can access.
10. International Transfers
We're based online and our servers and partners sit in the United States and the European Union. If you're signing up from somewhere else, your data will likely cross a border to reach us. We rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where they apply.
If that bothers you, don't sign up — and that's a perfectly fair choice.
11. Changes to This Policy
We'll update this page when something meaningful changes — a new payment partner, a new analytics tool, a new legal requirement. The "Last updated" date at the top will move whenever we do.
For changes that actually affect what we do with your data, we'll email subscribers before the change takes effect. Small fixes (typos, clearer wording) won't trigger a notice.
12. Contact
Questions about your data, this policy, or anything else privacy-related? Use the contact page and write "Privacy" in the subject. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
If you're not happy with our reply, you've got the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We'd rather you talk to us first, but the option is yours.
