Terms & Conditions
The ground rules for using IPTV Free Trial. Plain English. No surprises.
Welcome to IPTV Free Trial. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you and IPTV Free Trial ("we", "us") covering the website at iptvefreetrial.online and the live TV streaming service we provide. The moment you start a trial, log in to a paid plan, or browse the site, you're telling us you've read these Terms and you're on board with them. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Starting a free trial, paying for a plan, or simply using anything we publish on this site counts as your acceptance of these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. We've tried to keep both documents short and readable for that exact reason — so people can actually agree to what they're agreeing to.
If you're using the service on behalf of a household or another person, you confirm you have the authority to do so, and you're responsible for making sure they follow the same rules.
2. What the Service Is
IPTV Free Trial is a live TV streaming service. We deliver TV channels and on-demand content to your devices over the internet — no satellite dish, no cable box, no installer at the door. You can watch on Smart TVs, Fire Stick, Android, iPhone, iPad, Mac, PC, and most set-top boxes that support a standard IPTV player.
Plans are sold as one-time payments for a fixed period:
- 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions.
- Single-connection and multi-connection options on most plans.
- A 24-hour free trial that you can request once per household before paying.
Channel lineups and add-ons can change. Broadcasters sometimes pull feeds, add new ones, or change rights for a country. We update the lineup as that happens — we don't notify you every time a single channel shifts.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment
Our plans are billed once, up front, for the period you choose. There's no auto-renewal. When your 3, 6, or 12 months are up, your service simply ends, and you can decide whether to renew. We'd rather you come back because you want to than because a hidden charge hit your card.
Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page, with local-currency equivalents on some pages. Payment is handled by our payment processors (card, PayPal, or crypto where offered). We don't see or store your full card number — that lives with the processor.
If a payment fails, your access won't activate until it clears. Please reach out and we'll help sort it.
4. Free Trial
The 24-hour free trial is open to new households and exists so you can actually test the service before paying. No credit card required. You'll get the full channel lineup and on-demand library on one device for 24 hours, and the trial ends automatically — no charge, no awkward "we forgot to cancel" emails to send.
One trial per person, household, or device. We do check, and stacking multiple trials with different emails on the same connection isn't going to work. If you loved the trial and want to keep watching, the pricing page has a plan for you.
5. Your Account & Responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe. One subscription = one set of credentials = one household. Sharing your login publicly, posting it in groups, or reselling access violates these Terms and will end your subscription without a refund.
You also agree to use the service in line with the broadcasting and content laws of your country. We provide a streaming platform; making sure you're allowed to receive a particular channel where you live is on you. If a channel isn't licensed for your region, we can't be responsible for that — but we will try to be transparent about what's in the lineup.
You must be 18 or older (or the legal age in your country) to subscribe. If a household member who watches the service is under 18, please supervise their viewing — some channels carry adult content.
6. Acceptable Use
Things you can do: watch on your devices, in your home, for personal viewing, on the number of simultaneous connections your plan allows.
Things you can't do:
- Share or resell your credentials — anywhere, ever.
- Run scrapers, bots, or scripts against the service or our APIs.
- Try to record, rip, or rebroadcast content delivered through the service.
- Use the service in a public commercial setting (bars, gyms, hotels) without a separate agreement from us.
- Probe, attack, or otherwise mess with our servers, players, or other customers' sessions.
We take any of the above seriously and will suspend accounts that cross those lines, with no refund for the remaining period.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. The short version: if the service genuinely doesn't work for you and our support team can't fix it within the first 24 hours of a paid plan, we'll refund you. Outside that window, plans are non-refundable because they're already paid one-time. The free trial is exactly there so you can avoid that situation entirely.
8. Intellectual Property
The TV channels, films, and series streamed through our service belong to the broadcasters and rights holders behind them. We are a streaming service that delivers content; we don't own the shows, films, or live broadcasts you watch. Trademarks, channel logos, and on-screen graphics belong to those broadcasters.
The site itself — the design, code, copy, and the IPTV Free Trial branding — is ours. You're welcome to use the site as a customer, but please don't copy our pages, designs, or text for another service.
9. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the service up around the clock. That said, no streaming service can promise 100% uptime, and we won't pretend to. There'll be planned maintenance windows, the occasional source feed going down, and rare moments where things just go wrong. We'll fix issues as fast as we can and lean on our support team when you need help.
What's outside our control — your home internet, your device, ISP throttling, regional power outages, government restrictions, or events like cable cuts and natural disasters — isn't something we can be liable for. If a stream isn't loading, the WhatsApp support team is the fastest way to find out whether it's us or something on your end.
10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to pause or end an account that breaks these Terms — credential sharing, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or attempting to attack the service. In serious cases we'll act first and explain after; in everyday cases we'll usually warn you and give you a chance to fix things.
You can end your relationship with us at any time. There's no contract to cancel because there's no auto-renewal — you simply don't buy another plan.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't make promises that every channel will always be online, that every show you remember will be in the on-demand library, or that the service will run perfectly on every device ever made. We do promise to be honest about what's working, what isn't, and to help you get value out of your plan.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV Free Trial isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — for example, lost time, lost data, missed events, or device damage. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the current subscription period. That's the standard shape of these clauses for a reason: it keeps the service affordable.
13. Indemnity
You agree to keep IPTV Free Trial, its team, and its agents indemnified against claims, costs, or damages that result from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of someone else's rights while using the service.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the applicable jurisdiction governing our operations, with disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation first and binding arbitration if that fails. We're a small team — please reach out to support before escalating anything; almost every dispute we've had has ended with a friendly fix on a WhatsApp chat.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service changes, when laws change, or when we simply find a clearer way to say something. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. If you keep using the service after we publish an updated version, you're accepting it. We won't make sneaky retroactive changes to refunds or subscriptions you've already paid for.
16. Contact
Questions, disputes, or just curious about a clause? Reach out via our contact page and we'll get back to you within a day. We read everything that comes in.
